If there are any problems or breakages please let me know as soon as possible so that I can repair or replace as required. Whilst we do not imaging any serous problems occurring (there hasn't been yet!) I am advised to have a breakages policy in place.

Eastgate Barn Breakages Policy
Wear and tear is expected through normal use of the property. You may be asked to pay for breakages or damage to the property and/or contents that is considered by me to be over and above normal wear and tear.
