Booking conditions
Payment |
 Prices
The prices quoted here are for 7 nights starting on Saturdays; this includes electricity, heating
(October through to May),
logs
for the wood-burner, bed-linen and towels.
Short breaks
Short breaks may be available throughout the year,
within a week of the start date,
prices are pro rata plus £50.00, minimum £185.00.
Dates
I will confirm availability of dates
by email or telephone.
If you wish to make a booking
I will reserve your selected dates for 4 days, so please let
me know if
your payment will take longer than this to arrive.

Deposit

30% of the full price is required to secure your booking.
Balance
- payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
For bookings
made within
6 weeks of your holiday start date payment is required
in full. |
Booking confirmation
I will email on receipt of your deposit
to confirm your booking, to specify the date that
the balance is due, and confirm the number in your party.
Please note that non-payment of the balance will be treated as a
cancellation, however I will of course contact you to ask if the
payment is on the way.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking please let
me know as soon as possible and I will endeavour to re-let the
accommodation
for the period of the booking.
If I am able to obtain a
booking for the whole period I shall refund all monies paid at the
time of cancellation less £25 administration fee.
If I am unable to re-let the
property:
